Calling Miami his new home thanks to his lucky stars that he landed in Head via draft rather than Celtics. Herro was the No. 13 pick in the 2019 NBA Draft by Heat though Boston Celtics were also in contending.
Miami last season defeated Celtics by 4-2 in Eastern Conference Finals and qualified for the NBA finals but ultimately fell to Los Angeles Lakers. In the postseason his performance improved with an average of 16 points, 5.1 rebounds and 3.7 assists, and is being considered amongst the top performers at Heat.
