Golden State Warriors despite being shorthanded forced a comeback from a 17-point second-half deficit and gave San Antonio Spurs a hard time on the floor until they stole away a 124-120 win. Steph Curry, Andrew Wiggins, Klay Thompson, and Otto Porter Jr. were all sidelined with injuries and watched as Jordan Poole dropped 31 points against the Spurs and drove the team to a win with a last-minute three-pointer.
Warriors also handed rookie Moses Moody a chance to shine and he did just that with his career-best 20 points laden with six three-pointers and another rookie Jonathan Kuminga also took the opportunity to shine with 19 points with a skillful dunk in the fourth quarter. Warriors improved their record to 39-13 with the seventh consecutive win.
