Wiggins carries Warriors to win over Pistons

Stephen Curry carried the team at first and later passed on the torch to Andrew Wiggins as he huffed and puffed on the sidelines while encouraging the team in the fourth quarter. While Warriors managed to come up from behind to win in Detroit with 116-106 at Little Caesars Arena.

Wiggins stepped up just when the team required it to score 11 points for the Warriors and lead by 101-93 by then Curry stepped foot on the floor again with 4:48 minutes left. Without Klay Thompson, Curry’s left hand was uncertain until Wiggins stepped up for the role hitting 3 3-pointers to make sure warriors win from someone whose career records only 33.2% shooting from beyond the arc. While Curry when on to post 31 points on 9-for-17 shooting (5-for-9 from 3-point range), 6 assists, and 5 rebounds.
