Wizards’ Beal, Harrell lead the team to a win past Hawks

Bradley Beal and Montrezl Harrell’s combined 52 point contribution with 13 rebounds gives Washington Wizards an easy win of 122-111 past the Atlanta Hawks on Thursday. Wizards were off to a good start under their new coach Wes Unseld Jr., who had rested Spencer Dinwiddie and Daniel Gafford for the game. Still, the team is off to a great start with 4-1 this season which is one of the best starts since the 2014-15 season.

Hawks intimidated the side by overcoming their 20 point deficit and reducing it to five in the last quarter but a great performance by Harrell and Beal Wizards were back in the double-digit lead. Atlanta shot 54.5% on the night but the Wizards were superior in free throws (17-9) and 3-pointers (13-6)
