Aaron Finch roped in as Hales replacement in IPL

Britain's batsman Alex Hales has not to take part in Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 due to bubble weakness. Talking about his choice to not be a piece of the forthcoming version of IPL, Hales said that it was a difficult choice for him. Hales, who was an important part of HBL PSL 7 and has also pulled out from the competition for a similar explanation.

Hales further also added that avoiding home throughout the previous four months and staying in bio bubbles has been a tiring experience. Hales was supposed to be a part of the Kolkata Knight Riders squad in IPL but would instead sit this season out and re-energize himself. Taking his place in the squad is Australian T20 chief, Aaron Finch as per the reports. KKR would kick off their season against Chennai Super Kings at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai with Finch as part of the squad.
