Afghanistan beats Bangladesh by five wickets in 50-over series final

Afghanistan team sealed a three-game ODI series win by beating Bangladesh with five wickets in the last match. Both the teams were tied getting into the last game of the series, Bangladesh in an effort to win the match, they had set up a target of 245 in their allotted 50 overs. It was an easy challenge for Afghanistan, Rahmanullah Gurbaz kicked off their chase in an impressive manner scoring 101 runs off 120 balls.

Building on the solid foundation later Azmatullah Omarzai and Mohammad Nabi worked hard to seal the victory for Afghanistan with their powerful batting performance. Adding 70 and 34 runs respectively to guide the side to a memorable win. Omarzai was exceptional with the ball as well, claiming four wickets to limit Bangladesh to 245 runs.
