The Indian batsman Karun Nair had been affected by the deadly coronavirus which is enough for anyone to have their hopes shattered. However, he on August 8, had been tested again for COVID-19 and the results came out to be negative, bringing him the much-needed relief. This has made him all fit to travel to the United Arab Emirates along with his franchise Kings XI Punjab. The 28-year-old had been associated with the team since 2018 and had scored 306 runs in 14 matches at a strike rate of 134.80.
