Alex Hales is eager about the T20 World Cup

As part of their preparation for the T20 World Cup, which is expected to be held in Australia in the months of October and November, England will play Pakistan in a seven-match T20I series. In response to a surprising injury to Jonny Bairstow, the England team has called up former No. 1 T20I hitter Alex Hales. Hales, who was suspended from England in 2019 after testing positive for drugs, has amassed a tonne of runs throughout the globe, particularly in the Australian Big Bash League, which may have shifted the scales in his favour.

Mott disclosed that he had spoken with previous head coach Trevor Bayliss about the choice to include Hales. The team's leadership, led by Bayliss, banned Hales.
