Zimbabwe is in huge trouble after being two days in the field at 52-4 (due to stumps), trailed by 458 runs, and a threat of losing the test match by an innings, just like the first test match in the last week. Pakistan was taken to a 510-8 declared against Zimbabwe on the 2nd day of the test on Saturday, with the maiden test double century by Abid Ali and 97 by Nauman Ali.
Resuming the match on 268-4, Abid Ali, the opener, went from 118 to 215 with boundaries hit 29 times on a tough pitch with being not out. Abid Ali looked more than Zimbabwe at home and squeezed the bowlers with one and two runs and this way he was at an ease of becoming Pakistan’s 20th double centurion in test cricket matches.
