Australia names its best XI for Brisbane Test against India

Australia rules out Will Pucovski for the upcoming fourth and final test against India which will start from 15th January in Brisbane. Pucovski suffered a shoulder subluxation injury while fielding on Day 5 against India after an impressive 62 run knock, he is being replaced by batsman Marcus Harris, who will be opening alongside David Warner. Steve Smith and Marnus Labuschagne will enter in the middle-order.

Matthew Wade though is facing a lot of criticism but still is part of the XI. Cameron Green’s maiden Test series is going well but the focus is on Tim Paine whose behavior has caught the media attention at the moment. Pat Cummins, Mitchell Starc, Josh Hazlewood, and off-spinner Nathan Lyon are also part of the squad as Australia attempts to overthrow India who forced a draw at Sydney to remain 1-1 in the series so far.
