Pakistan team’s skipper Babar Azam enjoyed a record-breaking day against Australia in the second ODI by scoring 114 runs and overtaking PM Imran Khan on the records table. Pakistan took out Australia at Gaddafi stadium Lahore to tie the ODI series 1-1 on Tuesday as the Babar led side completed a run chase of 349 runs and had six wickets in hand.
The team had carried out their highest successful chase in ODIs and the day became even more eventful when Azam broke the record of former captain to post lead the table with the highest runs in an individual capacity against Australia. Azam scored 114 off 83 balls which included 11 boundaries and a six and Azam leapfrogged over Khan.
