Chris Lynn joins Mumbai Indians In UAE

The Australian opener was among the first draw in last year's IPL auction where Mumbai Indians grabbed him for INR 2cr. Lynn is known for his power-hitting skills and his talent.

Lynn shared a message of his arrival and conveyed his excitement to join the team in the practice sessions at the UAE ground despite the heat. 

The 30-year old has an impressive career in IPL with 10 half-centuries in the last three seasons. He was a part of KKR team and was the second-highest scorer back in 2018-2019. He is a new addition to the MI team that already includes powerhouses like Rohit Sharma, Quinton de Kock, and Suryakumar Yadav. Not only in the batting arena his prowess can be seen in the field as well, back in 2014 he had taken a remarkable catch to dismiss AB de Villiers in UAE.

His last season’s performance included total runs- 405 with 31.15 as average with a strike rate of 139.65. His performance this season could be even more phenomenal.
