CSK faced their 9th defeat this IPL season

On Sunday, table-toppers, Gujarat Titans crushed Chennai Super Kings, giving them their 9th defeat this season. It has been the worst of all seasons in the history of IPL for Chennai, which was one of the leading Indian Premier League teams over the years. Dhoni’s men in yellow have slipped to a new low as there were defeated by GT at the Wankhede Stadium. 

Dhoni said that batting first wasn’t a really good idea. The fast bowler's ball wasn’t coming on. That is why it was tough for the batsmen to hit. Later, in the second half, it got better. He also felt that the spinners on both sides were even. But he said more runs in the middle overs would have been good. Gujarat is the only team that has managed the 20-point mark in this IPL season.
