Daniel Sams: I was focused on my bowling during the last over

Daniel Sams gave a tremendous final over defending an improbable nine runs, taking Mumbai Indians over Gujarat Titans. Sams, an Aussie paces and left-armed bowler hit slow deliveries all along the match ensuring it is kept out of the batter’s hitting arc, which he said was the plan throughout. Daniel Sams said that he was focused on his best bowl, the slower one. He also tried mixing the length a bit to keep it away from David Miller while bowling slowly and nicely. 

He further went on to say that bowling wide is one of the things that are discussed. It is better to bowl wide rather than get it wrong and be hit for six. Sometimes, it might not go as you planned but he said he had his focus on the execution during the match.
