Delhi dropped the bat; RCB claimed spot in IPL 2022

Rishabh Pant created a blunder in the match against Mumbai leading Delhi Capitals to a loss. Pant dropped a sitter of a skier off Kuldeep Yadav’s bowling giving Dewald Brevis a reprieve on 25. Going ahead, David went on to score an 11-ball 34 to slam the playoffs and abolish Delhi Capitals from the IPL 2022 season. Pant had a visible lump in his throat. 

Chasing 160 for triumph, Mumbai Indians stole a win by 5 wickets with 5 balls remaining. This probably has brought relief to Royal Challengers Bangalore as they find a spot in the playoffs.
