England adds Sam Billings to the squad

England’s squad suffered a lot of injuries in the fourth test match against Australia, and thus adds Sam Billings to the squad who has performed exceptionally in the Big Bash League this season with 284 runs at an average of 40.57. In the England's squad, Fellow keeper Jos Buttler has a hand injury then Jonny Bairstow is also suffering from a thumb injury while scoring a ton on day three in Sydney as well as all-rounder Ben Stokes is also not fit.

Billings, on the other hand, is uncapped in Tests and in the white ball series he has averaged 34.29 in first-class cricket hitting six centuries in 58 matches. The last match Ashes match is scheduled in Hobart from 14th January.
