England and South Africa’s ODI postponed

England and South Africa’s first one-day international (ODI) was postponed in Cape town as one of the players of South Africa tested positive for Covid-19 yesterday. Throwing the schedule in a frenzy as the matches were scheduled for Sunday and Wednesday as well and thus will now be rescheduled to 6th,7th, and 9th of Dec instead.

CSA's acting chief executive Kugandrie Govender along with the England counterpart Tom Harrison agreed to postpone the match keeping the heath of the players in mind. England Player Gregory was going to play in the first match and now will have to hope he gets selected again. Somerset Gregory’s team-mate Tom Banton is also playing for South Africa but is placed in the reserve team for T20I and ODI series.
