England is trailing by 65 runs in the Test match

Jonny Bairstow and Jamie Overton put on a fight back for England, trailing the Kiwis by 65 runs. For England, it was a terrible start to their match but Bairstow (130) and Overton (89) helped England achieve 264/6 on Day 2 where they played the final match against New Zealand.

New Zealand managed 329 but the players from England had no idea what was awaiting them. Pacer Trent Boult smoothly dismissed Alex Lees (4), Zak Crawley (6) and Ollie Pope (5) within the first 7 overs. With this, England was at 17/3. Also, England's star batter didn't perform well as he was dismissed with 5 runs. But England's innings were taken care of by Bairstow and Overton later during the match.
