India beats South Africa in third T20I

India has opened their record in the five-match T20I series against South Africa. The fourth T20I will be played on Friday at the Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Gujarat, with the series favoring the guests 2-1. India crushed South Africa by 48 runs in the third T20I at Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium in Visakhapatnam.

Batting initially, a 97-run stand between Ruturaj Gaikwad who scored 57 runs, and Ishan Kishan with his half-century gave control to India with 179/5 in their allotted 20 overs. The next innings went too and fro, however, South Africa pulled back forces to their side in the other half. Ultimately, Proteas lost wickets at regular intervals until they were cleared out for 131 with five balls to go.
