India completes with a decisive victory against NZ

Left-arm spinner Axar Patel assisted India with a decisive victory against New Zealand as they squashed the visiting side by 73 runs in their third T20 International on Sunday. India set up a score of 185 runs for the Kiwis to chase who were bundled out at 111 in the 18th.

Black Caps had just three players in double figures Martin Guptill was the top scorer with 51 runs in 36 balls and Tim Seifert scored 17 and Lockier Ferguson had 14, as Axar Patel destroyed the batting lineup. Patel excused the three top batsmen in three overs, yielding only nine runs. While Harshal Patel also supported with two for 26 out of three overs. Going first India saw Rohit Sharma post a knock of 56 off only 31 balls including five fours and three sixes. Later Shreyas Aiyer and Venkatesh Aiyer provided stability when Suryakumar Yadav and Rishabh Pant fell cheaply.
