India defeated Zimbabwe by 23 runs

In the third T20 International of the five-match series, India defeated Zimbabwe by 23 runs on Wednesday in Harare, thanks to outstanding bowling efforts from Washington Sundar and Avesh Khan.

India now leads the series 2-1 after this victory, with two games remaining. Sundar had an economy rate of 3.80 in his four-over performance, taking three wickets while conceding only fifteen runs. As he complimented the batsmen and accepted his "Player of the Match" award, spinner Sundar added, "It is an amazing feeling to represent India every time." India chose to bat first, and captain Shubman Gill and opener Yashasvi Jaiswal (36 in 27 balls, four boundaries, two sixes) set the tone with a superb 67-run partnership. Later, Shubman and Ruturaj Gaikwad (49 in 28 balls, four boundaries and three sixes) had a 72-run partnership (66 in 49 balls, with seven fours and three sixes).
