IPL 2021: RCB wants Virat Kohli, Siraj, duo on Sunday

Royal Challengers Bangalore have definitely appeared desperate with their attempt to get Virat Kohli and Mohammed Siraj into Dubai on Sunday (September 12) morning through a charter flight for the Indian Premier League (IPL 2021) to resume. Following a 6-day quarantine period, the duo is to join the team bubble after Friday’s cancellation of the 5th Test match between England and India in Manchester.

After many BCCI and ECB discussions regarding the games’ safety in the COVID-19 pandemic, the IPL 2021, which was postponed in May is to resume on September 19 in Dubai with a face-off between Chennai Super Kings and Mumbai Indians. Abu Dhabi will take over the momentum with Kolkata Knight Riders taking on Royal Challengers Bangalore followed by Sharjah to host RCB and CSK’s clash. 13 matches to stage in Dubai, 10 in Sharjah, and 8 in Abu Dhabi. The BCCI’s contact tracing devices for the UAE leg and the Indian board’s Bubble Integrity Officers are part of COVID-19 safety in the UAE.
