James Anderson eyes a potential return to T20 cricket

James Anderson, an England bowler who just retired, is thinking about making a surprising comeback to white-ball cricket after being inspired by the new ball movement in The Hundred 2024. In the latter stages of his career, he exclusively switched to red-ball cricket, with his final T20 match being the 2014 T20 Blast final. Even though he retired from international cricket, Anderson has been bowling at his peak recently and hasn't given up on the game in any manner. His status as the England Test team's mentor for the current home season is expected to terminate following the Test series against Sri Lanka.

For many years, he has participated in the County Championship for Lancashire in order to stay match-fit during the off-season. White-ball cricket may also become a part of his position, and international chances are not completely off the table.
