Jasprit Bumrah will miss Australia's third test

Australia defeated India in the Pink-ball Adelaide Test match on Sunday, it was a devastating loss for India. The host team rallied to tie the five-match series after the visitors lost by ten wickets.

But India's defeat wasn't their only misfortune in Adelaide; on Day 2 of the Test match, top bowler Jasprit Bumrah sustained an injury after bowling just four overs in the first session before lunch. Australia needed just 19 runs to win the second innings, and they accomplished so with relative ease. But Bumrah's bowling pace in the one over he bowled was what attracted notice as it was not up to the normal standards set by the star himself. If Bumrah is unable to play in the next match at the storied Gabba in Brisbane, these three players might step in the next test match: Mohammed Shami, Prasidh Krishna, and Akash Deep.
