Kagiso Rabada could skip the Test match against Bangladesh

South Africa Test players including Kagiso Rabada and Lungi Ngidi are probably going to pick the IPL over the home Test series against Bangladesh starting March 31. A total of 11 South African players have been roped in by various IPL groups but SA has at the same time booked the team to play 3 ODIs and two Tests against Bangladesh beginning March 18.

Only the two-match test series beginning on March 31 and finishing on April 12 is clashing with the player’s schedule in IPL. Kagiso Rabada, Lungi Ngidi, Anrich Nortje and Marco Jansen and top hitters Aiden Markram, Rassie van der Dussen, David Miller, all-rounder Dwaine Pretorius and wicketkeeper Quinton de Kock all have IPL contracts.
