Bangladesh Bowlers had a good time against Zimbabwe with the off-spinner Mehidy being the most successful with 5-82 score. Bangladesh stayed in control on the third day of the one-off test match. Bangladesh first bowled out Zimbabwe for 276 in the first inning and maintained a lead of 192 runs, then the openers put up a 45 score without loss and enjoy a lead of 237 runs. Kaitano’s 87 knock and the stand-in captain Brendan Taylor’s 81 provided good support for Zimbabwe but after the departure of Kaitano the rest of the batting order could just add 15 runs.
With Bangladesh bowlers having a field day with the rest of the order only Regis Chakabva could offer a little bit of resistance and went 31 not out while the rest of the players folded quickie against seasoned Bangladesh players.
