Kaneria says Suryakumar will roar back to form

Danish Kaneria, a former Pakistani spinner, predicted that Indian batter Suryakumar Yadav will soon regain his form. In India's 10-wicket loss against Australia in the second one-day international of the three-match series in Visakhapatnam, Suryakumar was removed for a golden duck. Kaneria predicted that despite Suryakumar's current slump in performance, he is a superb player and would soon find his form again. Despite being the best T20I hitter in the world, Suryakumar has had trouble adjusting to India's ODI system.

"Suryakumar Yadav is going through a rough time. He is an excellent player and will soon go back to his old self. When athletes are going through such a phase, you need to give them some time, according to Kaneria. The 42-year-old said that it is now time for Suryakumar to ascend once again and predicted that he will return with a bang when he regains his form.
