While Punjab Kings may have failed to make a mark this season after they finished at the bottom of the table with just three wins they did manage to end the season with a blitzkrieg effort by Rahul and showcase their capabilities.

Beating Chennai Super Kings with six wickets at Dubai International Stadium, first bowling duo of Arshdeep Singh and Chris Jordan limited Super Kings to 42-4 in the nine over, and later they could just muster 134-6 on the scoreboard with a brilliant recovery effort by Faf du Plessis’ 76. Later Rahul’s superhuman effort notched his name at the top of the Orange cap table with 626 points.
