Kohli claimed to be available for the Asia Cup

India will play against Zimbabwe in a 3-day ODI series and they have prepared a team of 15 members for the event. Rohit Sharma will keep playing in the 50-over format while Dhawan will be seen leading team India once again. However, Virat Kohli will not be seen playing in the ODI test matches against Zimbabwe. Off late, the former Indian team captain has been a hot topic in the news. But it looks like the player is taking some time off the game to make a strong comeback. 

Virat has told the selectors that he will be available for the Asia Cup. He hasn't been in a good form for quite some time now and this break would help him rediscover his talent and skills to make a great return for India. Also, the Indian team will see Deepak Chahar return to the squad after he had taken a break to recover from his injuries.
