Mumbai Indians could not contain determined Knights who won the Match 34 of the Indian Premier League by seven wickets. In Abu Dhabi the match took an interesting turn with both the teams giving their best at Sheikh Zayed Stadium. First riding on the half-century by Quinton de Kock(55) MI posted a decent score of 155. KKR’s Lockie Ferguson and Prasidh Krishna clinched two wickets each. But, KKR chased down the target in just 15.1 overs as MI bowlers had a hard time containing Rahul Tripathi who put up an unbeaten score of 74 off 42 balls as well as Venkatesh Iyer hit a half-century(53 off 30).
With the win, KKR is fourth on the table that is lead by Delhi Capitals with 14 points having played a game more than CSK who are at 12 points. RCB is third on the list followed by KKR and RR.
