Mumbai Indians (MI) defeated the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the last ball by 4 wickets in the Indian Premier League on Saturday at the Arun Jaitley Stadium, New Delhi. Kieron Pollard was not outpost 87 runs off 34 balls and this overlooked the 72 not out off 27 balls by Ambati Rayudu. The struggling bowlers who were trying to get their lengths accurate on the batting surface were tired of Pollard and Rayudu.
Mumbai Indians were chasing 218 and for the target of 219, they received a great start with the opening batsman Rohit Sharma and Quinton de Kock summing up 71 runs in 7.4 overs. But the CSK was back in the match after three very quick wickets taken. Pollard was given the player of the match award, post which he said that he wasn’t restricted to 360 degrees but kept on maximizing the angle.
