New Zealand Cricket team has not played any matches internationally since March, ODI series with Australia and since the team had curtailed all the international matches due to the pandemic, The Blackcaps will now host the four teams in their country. West Indies spearheaded the international matches in the Biosecure bubble with England will be the first ones to face the New Zealand team in a three-match T20I series later in November and test matches in December. Thereafter Pakistan will visit for a five-day event of T20I and Test series at Bay and Hagley Ovals. The Blackcaps will then take on Australia in five T20Is in February and March and Lastly, Bangladesh will tour the country to finish off the summer with a white-ball series. Some of the Blackcaps players have seen some action with Ish Sodhi and Ross Taylor featuring in CPL and Kane Williamson and Jimmy Neesham in IPL.
