Heading into the final T20I match New Zealand made three changes to their lineup that is set to face Bangladesh. In the fifth T20I match New Zealand won the toss and chose to bat first even when Bangladesh enjoys a 3-1 lead in the series. In the New Zealand line up Scott Kuggeleijn, Ben Sears, and Jacob Duffy have been called back while Blair Tickner, Hamish Bennett, and injured Tom Blundell would sit this match out.
As for hosts, they have also changed the roster and brought in Soumya Sarkar, Shamim Hossain, Shoriful Islam, and Taskin Ahmed replacing Shakib Al Hasan, Mohammad Saifuddin, Mustafizur Rahman and Mahedi Hasan. New Zealand has set a target of 162 for Bangladesh and hopes to win the last match.
