Royal Challengers Bangalore top the table by beating Delhi Capitals

Bangalore overcame their defeat to go back to the top once more, with an excellent performance by AB De Villiers who survived against Hetmyer and helped Bangalore seal a win by one run in the thrilling match. Royal Challengers Bangalore survived against Delhi Capitals with Shimron Hetmyer scoring 53 not out against 25 balls to win Tuesday's match in the Indian Premier League and secured their fifth win of the tournament so far.

DC on the other hand was handed their second loss of the season. DC was struggling at 92 for 4 at 12.4 overs and needed 78 runs in 44 balls and Rishabh Pant  later hit an undefeated 58 off 48 balls and help them climb closer to a win only to be denied later by one run.
