Shikhar Dhawan: “The way I am performing, there are milestones to achieve”

An essential part of India’s ODI team, Shikhar Dhawan believes that he has a lot to offer in the T20 format. He is hopeful of continuing there for at least 3 more years. With just one more game remaining in the Indian Premier League season 2022, this cricketer has enjoyed the journey scoring 421 runs for Punjab Kings. He does great with the bat and it has been the highlight of his games. Since 2016, he hasn’t scored less than 300 runs in an IPL season. 

He has led India on a tour to Sri Lanka and has been scoring well yet it came as a shocker when he wasn’t a part of the final T20 World Cup group. He said that even though he is a vital part of the team, he feels he can contribute in the shortest format due to his experience.
