Sydney Sixers celebrated their win early as they bowled out the whole team of Renegades to reduce them to a second-lowest total of Big Bash history, 60 at Blundstone Arena. And claimed the biggest win of the history, 145-run over Melbourne Renegades. In the first inning itself Sixers made history with Sixers star Josh Philippe scoring the highest individual score for his club with 95 to post 205-4 at the end and Renegades were lost at 60, just three shorts of the worst score 57 posted by the Melbourne side in 2014/15 season.
Sixers start was not that great with Jack Edwards being dismissed for just 1, to Peter Hatzoglou’s ball but they made quite a comeback which will be penned down in history. In another match of the Big Bash League Hurricanes cruised to an 11 runs win against Strikers earlier.
