South Africa finished on 347-5 to win by five wickets

With one game remaining in the three-game series, South Africa leads 2-0 after finishing on 347-5 to win by five wickets. David Miller hit a six-over long-off with the first ball of the last over, giving South Africa the victory and a score of 58 not out from 37 balls as they needed two runs off the final over. When South Africa timed their innings precisely to create a new record for the most successful run chase in an ODI at Mangaung Oval, Marco Jansen was alongside him on 32 not out.

It was initiated by Bavuma's third ODI century. He outperformed England skipper Jos Buttler, who reached 94 not out to lift England's total, by hitting 14 fours and a six. The English were led by Buttler's top-scoring performance, and Harry Brook struck 80 in his second ODI after being out for a duck in the series opener.
