South Africa forces a decider in the ODI series against Pakistan

South Africa and Pakistan would battle in Centurion on Wednesday to finish the ODI series. South Africa kept their hopes of winning the ODI series alive by forcing a win in the second match with 17 runs. Zaman missed the chance to score multiple ODI double-centuries as he fell short of 7 runs despite hitting 18 fours and 10 sixes as South Africa kept their hopes of winning the series alive.

Pakistan was left to chase with just captain Babar Azam (31) above 20 runs. Though the teams would be without Quinton de Kock and the hard-hitting David Miller as well as Kagiso Rabada, Lungi Ngidi and Anrich Nortje. SA is currently 11th in CWCSL with nine points and a win with pushing them to 9th while Pakistan is 4th on the table with 30 points
