South Africa comfortably beats West Indies in Saint Lucia on Tuesday in the second test match. West Indies captain Kraigg Brathwaite though wishes for a tougher fight in the next Test series. Proteas won the second Test match by 148 runs to secure a 2-0 clean sweep. South Africa had set a target of 324 in the last inning for West Indies but the batsmen failed to score more than 165 runs which was their highest score in the four innings.
Only two batsmen could secure a half-century in both the test combined Roston Chase, scored 62 in the first Test, and Kieran Powell scored 51 in the second. West Indies would now take on Pakistan at home in two test matches in Jamaica in August and even have a limited-overs series scheduled against SA and Australia.
