SRH’s third straight defeat in row

Mumbai Indians made a 13-run win against the Sunrisers Hyderabad in yesterday’s IPL match at the Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. The spinner Rahul Chahar and the pacer Trent Boult took 3 wickets each. The Mumbai Indians were restricted to 150-5. The knocks of 40 and 32 were played by Quinton de Kock and Rohit Sharma.

In the last five overs, SRH only needed 47 runs and it was Krunal Pandya’s 3rd over going when Vijay Shankar hit back-to-back sixes in order to reduce the bridges. At last, 17 runs were required in the 7 balls and then Shankar was dismissed by Jasprit Bumrah, taking the hopes for SRH down. The SRH was given a great start by Jonny Bairstow, but still, the SRH were all out after 137 runs.
