The ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2021 is right around the corner and teams are playing the warm-up matches to prepare for the biggest tournament of the year in the cricket world. On Thursday first Ireland took down Bangladesh by 33 runs, they posted a total of 177 for 3 in the first inning and later limited Bangladesh to just 144 runs to clinch a win.
Next Sri Lanka took down Papua New Guinea by 39 runs in Abu Dhabi, this was the second warm-up win for Sri Lanka. Lankans put up a score of 162 and then defended it well to limit PNG to 123 in the 20 overs. In the rest of the matches, Netherlands reported their second win by beating Oman in a close match and Scotland defeated Nambia by 19 runs.
