The Royals will now take on Sunrisers Hyderabad in the Qualifier 2 clash.

Rajasthan Royals (RR) defeated Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) by four wickets in an exciting Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 Eliminator match at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. In the Qualifier 2, the winners of the first season will now take against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in Chennai. The Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and the victor of this competition will square off in the final.

RCB scored a respectable 172/8 in their 20 overs when batting first. Rajat Patidar led the way with a quick 34 off 22 balls, and Mahipal Lomror (32 off 17) and Virat Kohli (33 off 24) also made significant contributions. Despite often losing wickets, RCB was able to maintain a high total owing to some solid lower-order hitting from Karn Sharma (5 off 4) and Swapnil Singh (9 off 4). Avesh Khan was the most effective bowler for RR, taking three wickets in his four overs, although he also conceded forty-four runs.
