Virat Kohli and Ravindra Jadeja will bat again for India

Virat Kohli and Ravindra Jadeja will bat again for India as they are at 289/3. After he reached his 29th Test half-century on Day 3, batting master Kohli appeared to be in excellent form. On Sunday, he will be under intense pressure to break his Test century drought. His most recent Test tonne came against Bangladesh in a Day-Night Test in 2019. With reaching his first fifty in more than a year, Kohli joined a select group of players who have scored 4000 or more runs at home, including Sunil Gavaskar, Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid, and Virender Sehwag. In his 50th Test at home, Kohli scored 4000 runs.

Jadeja, who has already contributed to a few pivotal innings in this series, must score runs more quickly on Day 4 in order to give India enough time to save the game. With Shreyas Iyer, Ravichandran Ashwin, KS Bharat, and Axar Patel still on the way, India's batting lineup has depth.
