Virat Kohli Explains A Baby Over in Cricket

Virat Kohli describes Indian street cricket's quirky slang. He tells the tales behind 'baby over' and 'trial ball', the popular street cricket slang in India that has helped many players and amateurs evolve their own game and interests. On Thursday, Virat Kohli gave his fans an exclusive glance into the manner he used to play cricket as a kid. 

In the video present online, when he is inquired about Batta, Kohli replies, 'Batta is a more desi word for chucking.' 'When we used to play with a tennis ball, there were so many bowlers doing Batta. Batta is very harsh way of chucking.' About 'Baby over', Kohli explains that it is an over of three balls and used to be known as a baby over. There  used to be a 'try ball' as well. When a player used to get out on the first ball, he used to say it was a 'try ball'.
