Washington Sundar set to miss seven days of action

Washington Sundar is probably going to miss Sunrisers Hyderabad's next two Indian Premier League matches because of the hand injury. Sundar has torn the webbing in his right hand and needs around seven days to recuperate. It would be a huge blow to the side that is posting wins after a terrible start to the season this year, presumably a week or so would be needed for his injury to settle down. Sundar is probably going to miss the gatherings with Kolkata Knight Riders and Punjab Kings.

The news is better for batsman Rahul Tripathi, in any case. Even the batter had retired hurt during the pursuit against the Titans but would be back to action soon with no serious issue.
