West Indies takes a 2-1 lead in T20I against England

Powell’s efforts accompanied by Nicholas Pooran’s 70 off 43 balls to form a 122-run stand, the Windies’ highest third-wicket T20 partnership helped the islanders cruise to their biggest total ever against England in the format. In response, England fell short of 20 runs as they ended with 204 for nine at the end of the 20 overs to fall behind in the five-match test series with 2-1. England had handed a Twenty20 debut to Phil Salt at the Kensington Oval and Salt knocked 57 from 24 balls in his debut match in the loss.
