LNG Esports and Doinb partner up for 2022 LPL season

Former FunPlus Phoenix player Doinb has joined hands with LNG Esports and would be playing the role of their starting mid laner for the 2022 professional League of Legends season. After spending the last three years with FPX, Doinb helped the team to a League World Championship trophy in 2019, this season FPX was denied a quarterfinal appearance after they lost to MAD Lions of the LEC in the tiebreaker.

Next season only four players of the Worlds-qualifying lineup of LNG would be part of the roster Top laner Ale, jungler Tarzan, and bottom lane pair of Light and Iwandy. The team had parted ways with their mid laner Icon last month after just one season and now Doinb, 2021 LPL Summer Split MVP award winner, would be taking his space in the roster.
