A big blow to Tottenham as Atletico Madrid eye their transfer prospect

Hotspurs have been handed a huge transfer blow in the case of Dusan Vlahovic as Atletico Madrid dropped a more lucrative offer on the table. The Fiorentina striker has been linked to a move to Hotspurs Stadium recently as Nuno Espirito Santo wishes to have more options at the front.

Regardless of Harry Kane's future Tottenham is determined to add one more striker to the squad and the 21-year-old marksman is a good fit. Apart from Vlahovic Tottenham’s prospects list also includes Inter Milan forward Lautaro Martinez. However, in the case of Vlahovic, Spurs face tough competition from Colchoneros who have reportedly submitted a formal bid for £59million to Fiorentina. The North London club now needs to match the offer if they want to bring the 21 goal ace to the club.
