A European powerhouse is now considering Marcos Senesi

A European powerhouse is now considering Marcos Senesi as they try to strengthen their defence.

The Argentine centre-back has made seven appearances in the Premier League this season. Since Dean Huijsen left Bournemouth, he has assumed responsibility at the back for Andoni Iraola's team. According to Live, the 28-year-old is a desirable addition for AC Milan in the summer of 2026. Senesi's contract situation is attractive, although Liverpool's Joe Gomez is still a goal. The defender’s Bournemouth contract runs out in 2026, putting pressure on the situation. Senesi also has an Italian passport, and this makes sure he won’t take up a non-EU spot in the Milan squad. The belief is that the ex-Feyenoord player would suit Max Allegri’s way of football. His physical traits are praised and so is his ability to read the game. Milan also likes his adaptability as he can play in a back three and a back four.
