After Ronaldo’s hat trick United is hopeful for Champions League

Cristiano Ronaldo scored a hat trick with his amazing free kick in the 76th minute. This took Manchester United to a 3-2 win over Norwich on Saturday. After this match, the United has become hopeful of getting a spot in the Champions League. Now Manchester United has secured fifth place, going ahead of Arsenal. Yet they are three points behind Tottenham in the English Premier League.

Ronaldo, the Portuguese superstar scored the 50th hat trick of his professional career for his clubs. Manchester United was leading with two goals when Norwich tried to level up the game with two goals from their side. These goals were shot by players Teemu Pukki and Kieran Dowell at Old Trafford. Just before the intermission, Pukki gave a cross which was taken ahead by Dowell to give the visitors some hope.
